- Design Validation: Enables iterative stress testing, including over-the-air (OTA) in multi-device environments, ideal for regression testing of firmware and features under development.
- Manufacturing: Provides end-of-line functional testing without the need for high-cost, non-signaling modules, ensuring cost-effective testing of fully assembled devices.
- Repair/Service: Facilitates functional testing of returned devices in a chipset-agnostic, OTA protocol environment, making it suitable for service centers.
