The customer required a highly efficient and reliable production line that could ensure the highest quality standards and precision in custom machine construction. The goal was to minimize costs, reduce commissioning and installation times, and ensure seamless integration of components.

  • Develop a production line with automated assembly and real-time quality control.
  • Ensure precise and reliable assembly of test specimens.
  • Guarantee the highest quality through in-depth electrical testing.
  • Enable complete traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Solution

Konrad Technologies delivered an innovative production line in March 2024, following a successful overall preliminary acceptance test (FAT). The solution included:

  • Manual Loading with Digital Monitoring: Digital control of manual loading with advanced camera systems for verification and DMC code reading for synchronization with the customer database.
  • Automated Assembly with Real-Time Quality Control: Automatic application of special compounding and high-resolution camera checks to ensure quality. Precise automatic assembly with accuracy and conformity monitoring.
  • In-depth Electrical Testing: Comprehensive electrical tests to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Labelling for Complete Traceability: Printing of labels for traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
